So, it seems that the London riots have finally come to a close and everything is dying down. I fail to see what rioting had a positive effect on the country?

Britain, as we know it is "meant" to be part of this super economy where we can have pretty much, anything we want. Has this greed been that instilled into the youth of today that they think they can just go out and take what they want? I surely hope not.

Small businesses just as us are trying to make a positive change in the world and yet a group of youths smear Britain's reputation with the same brush. It simply is not fair.

I am British. I am hard-working. I respect the planet.


It's simple. Make art NOT war.

Isaac G. Salazar - Book of Art

While browsing through Etsy I came across Isaac G Salazar.And WOW! I can't quite believe how intricate these sculptures are! They are all folded and cut by hand and really appeal to my imagination. I love the fact that an artist can take an old book (that might have just been thrown away) and turns it into art...

I think I might just see if I can have a go at this myself. Glue & scissors ready! wish me luck!

Be Emi♥. Be UniQue. Launching AW 2011.

Emi♥ UniQue...

Well, well...we have been planning our UniQue collection for a good few months now, and we are so pleased to say the samples have arrived at Emi♥ HQ and have been sent to our photographer....(Eeeek!!)

Over the next week or so, we will be creating our UniQue collection ready for AW11 launch.
