Fashion has
its own lifecycle… like any lifecycle it has a starting point and an ending
point, and once a full revolution has been done it moves right back to the
place where it began. There was a belief in the world of fashion that many of
the looks of the ’90s would in no way or form find their way back into the
mainstream life of fashionable wear – how wrong we all were. With the sharp
edge of grunge
and the cavalier presence of pop culture, photographer Janis
Ann and stylist Suzan Sea create a ’90s fashion officiation; all representative
of a time we never thought we would see again.
